How to vote in Wyoming!

Step 1. Are you eligible to vote?

Can you answer YES to the following?

If so, you are eligible to vote in Wyoming!
  • I’m a US Citizen
  • I’ll be at least 18 years old on Election Day
  • I’m a resident of Wyoming and the precinct in which I will register
  • I will present a valid Wyoming driver's license (or other information acceptable to the County Clerk)
  • I will withdraw voter registration from any other jurisdiction, if applicable
  • I have NOT been convicted of a felony (or have had my civil or voting rights restored)
  • I have NOT been adjudicated mentally incompetent

Step 4. Request a Mail-in Ballot (a.k.a. Absentee Ballot). (Click here.)

OR, if you prefer to vote in person, ask when and where you can Vote Early (before Election Day). This will help you avoid crowds.

Step 5. If you requested a Mail-in Ballot: When it arrives, read the instructions carefully. Complete and return!
