How to vote in Nevada!

Step 1. Are you eligible to vote?

Can you answer YES to the following?

If so, you are eligible to vote in Nevada!
  • I’m a US Citizen
  • I'll be at least 18 years old by the date of the next election
  • I'll have continuously resided in Nevada at least 30 days in my county (and at least 10 days in my precinct) before the next election
  • I claim no other place as my legal residence
  • I'm NOT currently serving a term of imprisonment for a felony conviction

Step 3. If you need to, register or fix your registration ONLINE! (Click here.)

Step 4. Request a Mail-in Ballot (a.k.a. Absentee Ballot). (Click here.)

OR, if you prefer to vote in person, ask when and where you can Vote Early (before Election Day). This will help you avoid crowds.

Step 5. If you requested a Mail-in Ballot: When it arrives, read the instructions carefully. Complete and return!
