If so, you are eligible to vote in Kansas!
- I'm a citizen of the United States (either by birth or naturalization)
- I'll be at least 18 years old at the
next election
- I'm a resident of Kansas
- I'm NOT currently under felony sentence
Step 3. If you need to, register to vote or fix your registration - you can do it ONLINE! (Click here.)
Step 4. Choose YOUR way to vote - whatever works best for you!

You can request an Advance Ballot by Mail
(a.k.a. Mail-in Ballot or Absentee Ballot).

- You can take advantage of Advance Voting (a.k.a. Early voting) - in person but before Election Day. It's a handy way to avoid crowds. In 2020, Advance Voting is available from October 14 through November 2. To find out exactly what the options are in YOUR county, contact your county election officer.
