How to vote in Florida!

Florida deadline to register to vote: Tuesday, October 6, 2020 (7 p.m.)

Step 1. Are you eligible to vote?

Can you answer YES to the following?

If so, you are eligible to vote in Florida!

• I'm a US citizen
  
• I'll be at least 18 years old at the next election
  
• I'm a Florida resident
  
• I have NOT been convicted of a felony (or my voting rights having been restored)
  
• I haven't been judged mentally incapacitated (with respect to voting in any state), or my right to vote has been restored
  

Step 2. Check your voter registration - you can do it ONLINE! (Click here.)

Step 3. If you need to, register to vote or fix your registration - you can do it ONLINE! (Click here.)

Step 4. Choose YOUR way to vote - whatever works best for you!

• You can vote with a Vote-by-Mail Ballot (aka Absentee Ballot). (Click here to request a Vote-by-Mail Ballot.)
  
  
• You can Vote Early - in person but before Election Day. A handy way to avoid crowds! (Click here to find out when and where you can Vote Early.)

Step 5. Enjoy voting!! If you requested a Mail-in Ballot, read the instructions carefully when it arrives. Complete and return! Or, if you prefer to vote in person, Vote Early (before Election Day) to avoid crowds.
