How to vote in Arkansas!

Step 1. Are you eligible to vote?

Can you answer YES to the following?

If so, you are eligible to vote in Arkansas!
  • I'm a US citizen
  • I'll be at least 18 years old on election day
  • I'm an Arkansas resident (for at least 31 days prior to the election)
  • I'm NOT registered elsewhere (in another county in Arkansas or another state)
  • I'm NOT a convicted felon (or my sentence has been discharged or pardoned)
  • I'm NOT presently adjudged as mentally incompetent (as to my ability to vote) by a court

Step 3. If you need to, register or fix your registration. (Click here.)

Step 4. Check with your state election office for your voting options: Can you request a Mail-in Ballot (a.k.a. Absentee Ballot)? When and where can you Vote Early (in person, but before Election Day)? (Click here.)

Step 5. Depending on your voting options: If you receive a Mail-in Ballot, complete and return. OR vote in person (before Election Day, if possible).
